1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Duuka ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of Service

Duuka provides a point-of-sale and business management platform. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Not use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content

3. Subscription and Payment

Duuka offers different subscription tiers:

  • Starter Plan: UGX 60,000/month - 1 business, up to 3 branches
  • Pro Plan: UGX 85,000/month - 3 businesses, up to 5 branches each, AI Insights
  • Premium Plan: UGX 130,000/month - 5 businesses, up to 10 branches each, all features

Payments are processed securely. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Yearly subscriptions receive up to 17% discount. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

4. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into Duuka, including product information, sales records, and customer data. Duuka does not claim ownership of your business data.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary disruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Duuka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
